The arc of a career

I started in manufacturing and FMCG — running production floors, leading Lean Six Sigma programmes, managing large cross-functional teams at Mondelez and ITC. I learned early that the best decisions are built on evidence, not intuition.

That rigour carried me into corporate sustainability, and eventually into carbon markets — where the stakes are planetary and the models still need work. Today I operate at the intersection of climate science, project finance, and policy, developing carbon projects across the Asia-Pacific region at Tasman Environmental Markets.

My goal is to become a truly hybrid expert: part engineer, part financial modeller, part climate policy specialist — augmented by AI and data tooling to operate at a level no single discipline could reach alone.
